What is the cost of the consultation?
A private consultation costs RD$3,500. If you have health insurance, you can contact our advisors and they will assist you.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we work on a first-come, first-served basis, but we have few shifts per session, so you must secure your spot.
What are your opening hours?
We work Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. Saturdays are also available depending on availability.
They won't accept my insurance, what are my alternatives?
Don't worry!
If your insurance is not (yet) included in our affiliates' list, depending on your plan you may be able to proceed with a reimbursement plan.
It would be my first time and I don't have a preferred doctor. How do I know who to choose?

All our doctors are excellent, but if you have any questions you can contact one of our advisors and they can assist you.
I want to have a procedure done. Could I have it done on the same day as my consultation?
Yes, but it all depends on the complexity of the procedure and the doctor's availability.
Do they speak other languages at the clinic?
Oui, yes, of course!
Here we speak Spanish, English and French.
So it doesn't matter if you say "Hello" , "Bonjour" or "Hola!" , the important thing is that we understand you (and we take care of you equally well in all three!).
I was recommended a facial in your cosmetology department. Can I have it done the same day?
Normally yes, but if we have a lot of people on the schedule we'll have to schedule you for another day.
I was prescribed pharmacy products, can I get them directly there?
Yes, our Dermastore is always stocked for you.
Do they offer facials or anti-aging treatments?
Of course! We offer dermatological and aesthetic treatments such as deep cleansing, peels, microneedling, botulinum toxin (Botox), fillers, and much more. Always under medical supervision.
